Normandy Villas CONSTRUCTION

The site for the Normandy Villas is already zoned for residential construction. The plot division licence has been achieved and services (water and electricity) are expected to be brought to the site shortly.

The architect’s plans have been viewed favorably and an outline licence (in principal building permission) has been issued. As can be appreciated the time taken to issue the definitive building licence is out of the control of the architect and the developer. However, delays are not anticipated and construction of the properties is expected to commence in approximately 6 months with completion in 3 years.

Reservation contracts will be issued by Law & Taxes S.L. The contracts will be fully assignable and include payment breakdown.

A notarised ‘Compromis de Vente’ (with English translation) which mirrors and expands on the reservation contract will be forwarded to purchasers by Law & Taxes S.L. at a later date. Additionally Law and Taxes can take Power of Attorney from purchasers so that they can act on their behalf if necessary.

Prestige Properties Overseas Ltd Irish office is located at Focus House Suite 204, Block 2, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt St, Dublin 2.

A pan European network of licenced associates assist both companies to market the development.

Advance reservations are currently being taken from British, Irish, Spanish and French purchasers.

Management of both companies is in British hands. The Directors have over 50 years experience in the overseas property market and have been involved in a number of similar developments in Spain and Morocco.

Please note that the development is at an early stage and some details need to be finalized. Properties reserved at pre-launch can be sure to see a substantial paper profit it a short space of time, despite only paying a minimal deposit – as the developer is expected to increased prices imminently.
